Invitation to Valued Shareholders

Real Estate Facilities Investment Company is pleased to invite its valued shareholders to collect the cash dividends for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, as approved by the Annual General Meeting held on Monday, 29 June 2026.

The approved cash dividend is 5% of the nominal share value (equivalent to 5 fils per share). Shareholders may collect their dividends through the Kuwait Clearing Company at the Kuwait Stock Exchange Building, 5th Floor, starting from Wednesday, 8 July 2026.
